Hardy quickly addressed the situation, stating that he was not responsible for the post. He claimed that his account had been targeted by hackers and that he has been dealing with security issues for some time.
In a post explaining the incident, Hardy wrote, &#8220;MATT FACT – Matt is fighting a never-ending battle against hackers. Thank goodness I now have contacts.&#8221;
To support his explanation, Hardy shared examples of previous unusual activity on his account that he attributes to hackers. This included an old post directed at rapper Lil Durk, as well as an inappropriate message sent to his wife, Reby Hardy.
While there is no public evidence confirming who accessed his account to share the explicit image, Hardy remains adamant that the repost was entirely unintentional and the work of an outside party.

WWE has reportedly discussed forming a new women&#8217;s tag team featuring Jordynne Grace and Ivy Nile. The company has progressed plans to the point of registering the trademark &#8220;Iron Built,&#8221; which is believed to be the planned name and branding for the duo, according to Fightful Select.
Creative plans for the partnership went beyond initial pitches, as WWE reportedly filmed vignettes for the team over the summer with the intention of airing them in September. However, they haven&#8217;t started as a team yet.
Both Grace and Nile are currently healthy and waiting for creative direction. Grace has been off TV due to a lack of available time on SmackDown following the show&#8217;s transition to a two-hour format. He added that fans will “see a lot of me now” and confirmed he will be at the Royal Rumble, scheduled for February 2027 at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona.
The comments come after previous tensions, including Flair being barred from WrestleMania 42 weekend events and disputes over licensing deals.

Ricochet has claimed that WWE placed a two-year non-compete restriction on former ring announcer Samantha Irvin specifically to prevent her from joining All Elite Wrestling.
