On the Marking Out podcast, AEW star MVP said he will end his in-ring career in 2027:
&#8220;I’m 52. I don’t want to sprint back and forth across the ring. I don’t want to get powerbombed and chokeslamed. I don’t want to do that. I don’t take booking for matches anymore. I’m not officially retired. But that’s coming. I’m thinking probably next year I will have my final match. I’m pretty confident. My final match is coming soon.
Physically, my ability to wrestle at a high level is deteriorating because of time. This is father time. I don’t have the explosiveness that I used to.
Let me be real with you, I don’t have the desire. My passion for actually getting in the ring and having that match isn’t what it used to be.
If Tony (Khan) says, ‘Hey, I want you, Bobby (Lashley) and Shelton (Benjamin) to do a trios match,’ I’m ready, especially if I’m doing a tag match. Yeah, I can give you that. If Tony said, ‘Hey, as a gift to you, for your career on the way out the door, I’d like to give you an AEW Championship title run,’ I would say no.&#8221;

At SummerSlam, Chelsea Green won the Interim WWE Women&#8217;s Championship. However, on SmackDown, she was introduced as the WWE Women&#8217;s Champion.
This began speculation that Chelsea is the real champion now, not just the interim champ. However, that&#8217;s not the case.

2-time WWE Hall of Famer Ric Flair announced that he and Wendy Barlow are back together. He wrote:
“I Told You. It Was Only A Matter Of Time Until You Came Running Back!! At Least I Know I Am In Good Hands Because You Have Always Taken The Best Care Of Me Out Of Anyone In The Whole World. She Finally Figured Out There Is Only One Ric Flair And One James Bond, And Currently Ric Flair Is Available For Any Kind Of Action. Let’s See If Wendy Still Has It! LFG!”

Wendy Barlow first became known to wrestling fans in the 1990s as “Fifi,” the French maid character who appeared in Ric Flair’s “Flair for the Gold” segments in WCW.
The two later entered a long-term personal relationship. They held a wedding ceremony in 2018 (though they later clarified they were never legally married). Flair announced a separation in January 2022, after which they reconciled. In September 2024, Flair publicly stated they were parting ways respectfully after 13 years together, citing differing schedules and projects while thanking Barlow for supporting him through his serious 2017 health crisis.

Even though he currently holds the AAA Mega Championship, the Mexican promotion&#8217;s top title, he feels WWE continues to treat him like two completely different people on each show.
Sources say Mysterio wants WWE creative to portray him in a much more serious light to match his champion status, bringing better consistency to his overall character across both companies instead of acting like a totally different character depending on which program he is on.

Turbo Floyd and Truth Magnum hold the ROH Six-Man Tag Team Championship alongside Dalton Castle. The trio last defended their titles on June 22, defeating BEEF and The Premier Athletes.
During an interview on Going Ringside, Turbo Floyd discussed the idea of creating clones to face in a match:
&#8220;If we wanted a real true challenge, Truth Magnum, I think we can do it. I’ve been working on a cloning machine just so we can wrestle ourselves through something real spectacular and a real evil challenge.&#8221;
Truth Magnum agreed with the concept, stating:
