&#8220;Big&#8221; Bronson Reed of The Vision suffered a torn biceps injury during a match on RAW in February and had to undergo surgery. Due to this, he missed WrestleMania 42.
In June, Reed was involved in a car accident.
Despite all these setbacks, Bronson looks in the best shape of his life and his return might be near.
He posted a gym photo and wrote: &#8220;I&#8217;m a problem.&#8221;

Matt Cardona said he trademarked &#8220;Matt Cardona&#8221; as soon as he heard WWE could bring him back using that name.
Cardona returned to WWE full-time in January 2026 and is now working under Matt Cardona rather than the Zack Ryder name he previously used in the company. Speaking to NotSam Wrestling during SummerSlam weekend, he explained that he took legal steps to secure the name even though it is his real name.
“Yeah, when I heard I might be brought back as Matt Cardona, you know what I did? I trademarked Matt Cardona. Even though it’s my real name, I just wanted to make sure I was fully protected. You’ve always got to be protected.”

During an interview on &#8220;What’s Your Story?&#8221; with Stephanie McMahon, Jacob Fatu also said he came into WWE without much television experience after spending most of his career on the independent scene, including MLW.
“I didn’t know how to work a camera. I didn’t know about the red dot. I didn’t know nothing.”
He recalled one of the directions he received before his debut, when he rehearsed in a ski mask to protect the surprise before Triple H stepped in.
“Michael Hayes had me in the ski mask during rehearsals, and your husband was like, Jacob, you can take that off. I got the ski mask on. I’m on the top rope. I’m like, sorry, H, Michael Hayes said keep it on.”
Fatu said Hayes also gave him advice before he went out for his debut.
“In the words of Michael Hayes, the most famous words ever, which humbled me. Jacob, you need to go out there and wrestle like nobody knows you, because what you did before you got here don’t mean sh*t. And before you walk out, let me let you know, if you think you’re over, you’re not over.”
Fatu debuted in WWE in May 2024 as part of Solo Sikoa’s version of The Bloodline. Since then, he has been involved in programs with Reigns, Rollins, LA Knight, and Cody Rhodes.

Jacob Fatu said a RAW segment with Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins on the road to SummerSlam 2026 left him feeling like he was having a panic attack.
Speaking on &#8220;What’s Your Story?&#8221; with Stephanie McMahon, Fatu said the experience showed him a side of WWE he had not fully understood before arriving:
“I felt that with Roman. It’s a whole another vibe. When I was in that segment with Roman and Seth, I couldn’t even feel my body. I was like, dude, am I having a panic attack? What’s going on? I walked in the back and, you know, a feeling like that. What Roman said, that’s the magic right there. It was a good feeling. I was also scared of the feeling because I couldn’t feel my body. I was like, man, I don’t want to fall out.”

JBL said he &#8220;beyond hated&#8221; Stone Cold Steve Austin’s &#8220;What?&#8221; catchphrase, arguing that it disrupted promos and hurt shows after it caught on with live crowds.
Speaking on the Something To Wrestle podcast, the WWE Hall of Famer discussed how the chant developed in 2001 and credited Bill DeMott with being present for its origin.
“Bill [DeMott] was there for Steve’s ‘What?’ promo. So, Bill may have a bigger impact in the wrestling world than I did because he’s the one that created both Goldberg, the undefeated streak, and Stone Cold’s ‘What?’. So kudos to Bill DeMott for 25 years today creating another superstar. Way to go. Way to make these kids over.”
JBL then made clear he did not like what the catchphrase became once fans began using it during promos.
“Beyond hated it. Look, I hated this ‘What?’ promo. This was terrible. Terrible. Oh my God, it ruined shows.”
He added that wrestlers had to work hard to regain control of segments once crowds started trying to interrupt with the chant.
“I don’t think he had any idea how bad it would get. But when you’re cutting a promo and everybody’s just&#8230;they’re trying to hijack the show, you got to be really good.”

Eric Bischoff has rejected Chris Jericho’s recent statement that AEW has never spent time worrying about WWE.
Jericho said while promoting his &#8220;Vietslam&#8221; documentary that AEW has never been &#8220;WWE-lite&#8221; and has always focused only on its own product. Speaking on his 83 Weeks podcast, Bischoff said that claim was inconsistent with AEW’s history and pointed to Jericho’s own past comments as an example.
“I think that is the most bullsh*t statement. I love Chris. I have nothing but respect for Chris. But that was a bullsh*t comment, Chris.”
Bischoff said Jericho had previously talked about AEW overtaking WWE and added that WWE has regularly been part of AEW-related public comments.
“This is the guy that came out and said within six months, AEW is going to overtake WWE. Will Ospreay can’t keep WWE out of his mouth.”
Bischoff did leave open the possibility that AEW may have recently changed its approach.
“Look, maybe within the last 30 days they’ve made an executive decision and instructed talent not to talk about WWE. Maybe that’s possible.
Since 2019, that’s all they freaking do, from Tony Khan to the talent. That’s all they’ve been doing is trying to create an us versus them. We’re the underdogs. We’re going to take over, and they’re evil.”
Jericho joined AEW at the company’s launch press conference in January 2019 and became its first World Champion. He re-signed with AEW in April after nearly a year away from television, during which he was widely reported to be WWE-bound.

Speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Chris Jericho opened up about the legacy of his matches with Chris Benoit. Jericho acknowledged that many of his career-best performances are now &#8220;lost in time&#8221; following Benoit&#8217;s double-murder and suicide in 2007.
Jericho stated that while it is unfortunate that these matches cannot be celebrated, he fully agrees they should not be viewed the same way again. He noted that the in-ring accomplishments can never realistically be separated from the tragic real-world events.
One specific match Jericho talked about was from the May 21, 2001 episode of RAW, where he and Benoit defeated Stone Cold Steve Austin and Triple H for the WWF Tag Team Championship. Jericho recalled it as one of the best nights of his career, which was ultimately overshadowed by Triple H tearing his quadriceps during the bout.
Triple H&#8217;s injury forced WWF to abandon its original creative plans. According to Jericho, Benoit was originally scheduled to feud with Austin, while Jericho was set to enter a program with Triple H. Instead, the injury led to a triple threat storyline that Jericho felt deflated the momentum they had built.
