Tonight&#8217;s episode of WWE SmackDown took place at the Rocket Arena in Cleveland, Ohio. Below are the results:
&#8211; Gunther called out Sami Zayn. Sami came out and said Gunther isn&#8217;t a victim, he is. Sami said the Undisputed WWE Champion should be a good guy like him, not CM Punk. Sami called Punk &#8220;the biggest fraud, hypocrite, piece of trash, snake in the grass.&#8221; Gunther went after Sami, but Finn Balor came out. Finn said he wants justice for himself and went after Sami. Kevin Owens came out as well and chased Sami to the back.
&#8211; Johnny Gargano finally got up and accepted CM Punk&#8217;s challenge for an Undisputed WWE Championship match tonight.
&#8211; Tatum Paxley and Charlotte Flair def. WWE Women&#8217;s Tag Team Champions Fatal Influence (Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid) in a non-title match
Paxley pinned Lainey. After the match, Jade Cargill, Michin, and B-Fab attacked Charlotte, Tatum, and Alexa Bliss, and Fatal Influence joined in.
&#8211; Nikki Bella said Paige failed the Bella brand and called her a &#8220;D-grade skank.&#8221; Paige interrupted Nikki&#8217;s interview with Cathy Kelley and said Nikki hasn&#8217;t liked her since day one because: &#8220;I built my career on Hustle, Loyalty, and Respect&#8230; and you just slept with it.&#8221;
Paige said they will have a match on next week&#8217;s SmackDown in Mexico City and: &#8220;You better bring it, or I&#8217;m gonna end your career quicker than your last relationship.&#8221;
&#8211; Danhausen met Gunther backstage again and said: &#8220;Don&#8217;t worry, Gooner. Danhausen understands exactly how you&#8217;re feeling.&#8221; Gunther grabbed his hand and told Danhausen to never touch him again.
&#8211; Interim WWE Women&#8217;s Champion Chelsea Green was cleared to compete as long as she wears a protective face mask while competing. Nia Jax came out and challenged Chelsea to a title match. Nick Aldis made it official for next week.

&#8211; During their sit-down interview, Randy Orton said he insulted Cody Rhodes&#8217; mother last week and Cody did nothing. Randy questioned what kind of son Cody is. Randy targeted Cody&#8217;s dog again: &#8220;I haven&#8217;t talked about the dog. Turns out he&#8217;s not even dead. He&#8217;s got a little ways to go, but you&#8217;ll be burying him soon. You wanna hit me now? Nothing?&#8221; Randy said Cody isn&#8217;t hitting him because Cody is an addict for the WWE Championship and doesn&#8217;t want to lose that opportunity by breaking the rules.
