Former WWE/TNA star EC3&#8217;s appearance at an All-Star Wrestling event sparked health concerns from fans.

Rockstar Spud (fka Drake Maverick in WWE) issued the following statement regarding this situation:
&#8220;I spoke to Michael (EC3) this morning. Long travel day, multiple flights, heavy training upon landing, messed up leg and (I quote) 
&#8216;Add in disrupted sleep, meal timing, hydration and hours of travel, and my digestive system was completely off schedule. My GI tract could not produce my usual sh*t myself lean before hand.&#8217;
The video circulating is taken from match two of a one night story, where he is selling the effects of a leg from earlier (which is already really hurt but working as mentioned he through injury).
Please consider the real human being behind what you post but I appreciate everyone’s concern as I myself was concerned enough to ask.
I love my friend. I believe he is good.&#8221;
EC3 later posted the following:
&#8220;For actual context:
The clip making the rounds is from my second match of the day, after a 4:00 a.m. wake-up, international travel, layover airport cardio, multiple flights, pull-day training upon landing, and an entrance where I’m intentionally selling an already tender leg.
Selling.
Professional wrestling is built on communicating consequence. If one is beat up, tired, or protecting a body part, the intent is to show it.
Travel, disrupted sleep, altered meal timing, hydration changes and hours of sitting also tend to throw your digestive system completely off schedule.
Disrupted biology doesn’t care what time bell time is, or if it misses the morning constitutional.
Anyone who’s maintained very low body fat for years knows your physique can change noticeably from one day, even hour to hour, based on perfectly ordinary physiology.
Despite my own vanity in maintaining sub-10% body fat at 220-ish pounds, I’m not particularly interested in spending my life proving I’m in shape… (for real.)
I’d rather spend that time figuring out how to keep the next generation physically capable, creatively fulfilled, mentally resilient, and confident in themselves than my generation was coached to be.
After twenty years of rings, ropes, travel, negative energy, and occasional injuries, I’ve learned plenty through trial and error.

EC3 Reveals The Reason Behind His Concerning Video

After becoming the No.1 contender for the Undisputed WWE Championship, Kevin Owens appeared on the SummerSlam Sunday post show and said the following:
&#8220;There&#8217;s somebody called Tanea Brooks, who&#8217;s known to wrestling fans as Rebel. She has not wrestled here, but some things are bigger than wrestling.
She&#8217;s currently battling ALS, and the way she&#8217;s doing it is so incredible. I looked at her and what she was going through and the way she powered through it, it was truly inspirational.&#8221;
Rebel replied the following to Owens:
&#8220;&#x2764;&#xfe0f; thank you KO. I am proud of your return and you fighting through it to get there. Never Stop giving your everything because you are right, it can be taken away in a second.&#8221;

Rebel Responds To Kevin Owens After SummerSlam Shoutout

Jody Threat has officially wrapped up her time with TNA Wrestling following the company&#8217;s recent television tapings in Philadelphia.
The departure comes after Threat personally asked to be let out of her contract, a request management agreed to without any bad blood.
PWInsider noted that sources close to the situation described the split as completely friendly.
Threat first joined the TNA roster back in 2024, building on a solid career that started on the Canadian independent wrestling scene in 2017.

WWE Hall of Famer Brie Bella has revealed that she broke her scapula at SummerSlam 2026:
&#8220;I wanted to thank you all for sending me all the love, warm wishes and prayers. When I was sitting in the hospital, I was reading everything you guys were sending my way, love you all!!! Unfortunately I’ll be out for a bit.
I broke my scapula. If there’s one thing I know about my sister and I is that we don’t let broken bones stop us. Not sure how I finished that match, but I do believe between the adrenaline, passion for the business and the love for all the women I work with, it gave me the drive to finish.
Now my new journey starts!! Buddy said he’s going to be my assistant, Birdie’s going to be my nurse and they both told me that daddy is going to be my personal chef, so I am set!! if there is one thing I know about Brie Mode, she always finds a way to come back to her wrestling home. Let the recovery begin.&#8221;

Former AEW World Tag Team Champion Max Caster could soon become a free agent as his current deal approaches its end this fall.
Fightful Select reports that Caster&#8217;s contract is set to run out around October, and there is no word yet on whether he and AEW have discussed an extension.
While Caster achieved major success in the promotion alongside Anthony Bowens and Billy Gunn as part of The Acclaimed, he has noticeable absence from AEW broadcasts throughout all of 2026.
He has stayed active on the independent circuit while rarely appearing backstage at AEW events in recent months.

Judgment Day won&#8217;t get their money back as Danhausen defeated AAA Mega Champion Dominik Mysterio in a Human Monies on a Pole match at SummerSlam.
The match featured interference from JD McDonagh, Minihausens, Toritohausen, and Joe Hendry. Dirty Dom was about to win, but Danhausen cursed him and the pyro went off on the ring post, causing Dom to lose.
