Tiffany Stratton Almost Got Injured On Her Stream

Former AEW TBS Women&#8217;s Champion Maya World is taking a brief break from the ring after undergoing a medical procedure within the past week, according to Fightful Select.
While the specific reasons behind the medical visit have been kept quiet, the situation is not thought to be a long-term issue, and the company expects her to make a fairly quick recovery.
The sudden time off has forced her to step away from several upcoming appearances.

AEW Dynamite Results – Chris Jericho Defeats Nick Wayne, Samoa Joe’s Return Teased

While fans naturally assumed CM Punk would get an immediate rematch in his hometown of Chicago at Worlds Collide to take his WWE Championship back, backstage conversations point in a very different direction.
Self Made Pro noted that his initial reaction was to book Punk to reclaim the title against Sami Zayn right away, but speaking with WWE insiders the following day revealed another plan entirely.
People within the company see Zayn holding the belt as a stepping stone to eventually pass the gold to his longtime friend and rival, Kevin Owens.
While Owens winning the title is not set in stone, internal discussions quickly treated Zayn&#8217;s championship run as an opportunity to put Owens over in the end.

WWE is bringing back the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic tournament. 14 teams from RAW, SmackDown, NXT, AAA, and EVOLVE will compete. The tournament bracket will be revealed later this week on social media, and two first round matches will take place on next week&#8217;s NXT.
NXT General Manager Robert Stone has confirmed the following three teams for this tournament:
&#8211; NXT Tag Team Champions The Vanity Project (Brad Baylor and Ricky Smokes)
&#8211; AAA Tag Team Champions The Wagner Brothers (El Hijo de Dr. Wagner Jr. and Galeno)

&#8220;When I first started (as the General Manager of NXT), I made a list of things I wanted to accomplish within my first year. One of the things I put on my list was definitely bringing back the Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic.
I was a tag team wrestler for the majority of my career and I was always a fan of watching the Classic. We have so many tag teams on the show and the tournament creates stars, so it was a no-brainer. At some point, I was gonna get it done and now it was a great time.&#8221;

3 Teams Confirmed For Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic 2026

WWE is selling out tickets for Worlds Collide at the Allstate Arena with massive names like CM Punk and Rey Mysterio on the card, but fans at home might not even get to watch it live.
The entire Chicago event was put together to counterprogram AEW&#8217;s All Out PPV in the area, yet WWE has intentionally kept broadcast plans quiet because the internal plan as of Tuesday was to treat it like a traditional non-televised live event, according to Fightful Select.
That strategy could still shift before bell time, but if WWE does decide to show it anywhere, insiders expect it will most likely stream through YouTube or Club WWE rather than a traditional broadcast partner.
The Allstate Arena&#8217;s website is currently advertising the following matches for WWE Worlds Collide on September 26:
