Former WWE ring announcer JoJo Offerman issued the following statement on Bray Wyatt&#8217;s 3-year death anniversary:

JoJo Offerman Issues Statement On Bray Wyatt’s 3-Year Death Anniversary

New NXT star Zilla Fatu was pursued by TNA Wrestling prior to signing with WWE. During an appearance on The WHIP Show Podcast, TNA wrestler AJ Francis (fka Top Dolla in WWE) revealed that he actively tried to recruit Fatu to the promotion.
Francis discussed his behind-the-scenes efforts to bring new talent to TNA, noting that Fatu was not the only name he pitched. He also attempted to bring in Zayda Steel and Mila Grace, though he later discovered that Grace had already signed with the company. Francis did not share details on how far his discussions with Fatu progressed.
Fatu ultimately chose to sign with WWE to join the NXT brand. Rather than immediately placing another member of the Anoa&#8217;i family into the main roster&#8217;s Bloodline storyline, WWE&#8217;s plan is to focus on his development in NXT.
Since arriving in NXT, Fatu has quickly entered the championship picture. He interfered in a No.1 Contender&#8217;s match between Cruz Montana and Grayson Waller on the August 11 episode, which positioned him for an NXT Championship Fatal Four-Way match at the Heatwave PLE.

The Undertaker said his WrestleMania 30 concussion was likely the result of being late in his career and no longer working regularly.
During an episode of his Six Feet Under podcast with Paul Heyman, he discussed the April 2014 match against Brock Lesnar in which Lesnar ended his WrestleMania undefeated streak. The Undertaker was concussed during the bout and later taken to the hospital. He has previously said he has no memory of the match.
Explaining his view of what happened, The Undertaker said the impact itself did not seem unusually severe compared to others he had taken earlier in his career.
“I think that’s somewhere where it happened. But when I watch it, it’s like, I’ve taken far worse bumps and popped up. I think what happened is, it’s getting late in my career, and at that point I’m only working a couple of times a year, and it’s Father Time catching up with me. When your body’s not used to that trauma, you just don’t take it as well.”
Heyman added that concussion issues are often the result of accumulated damage over time rather than one single blow.
“It’s also the number of dings that you’ve taken over the years.”
The Undertaker was 49 at the time of the match. He returned the following year for WrestleMania 31 against Bray Wyatt and retired in 2020.

WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella has shared that she is no longer afraid of being single and is completely at peace with the prospect of never finding another partner.
Speaking on The Nikki &amp; Brie Show, the 42-year-old discussed her current outlook on dating. She explained that she does not fear being alone and does not feel the need to have a husband or boyfriend.
While Nikki admitted she still occasionally misses affection and male attention, she is currently focused on raising her son, Matteo. She noted that once her son grows older and more independent, she would welcome a relationship naturally for companionship and intimacy.
This perspective represents a shift from her comments a month prior. In July, Nikki admitted on her podcast that being single at her age made her feel insecure at times, particularly regarding dating and her appearance. She has now moved past those worries and is comfortable with her single status.

Ric Flair’s social media post praising Charlotte Flair drew a response from Mercedes Moné.
Flair shared a collage featuring Charlotte Flair, Trish Stratus, AJ Lee, Stephanie McMahon and Sasha Banks, now known as Mercedes Moné. In the post, he named Charlotte the best heel of the group and said she is the greatest female wrestler of all time.
Mercedes replied:

Moné is currently set to face Willow Nightingale for the AEW Women’s Championship at AEW All In. She earned the title shot by winning the 2026 Women’s Owen Hart Cup.

“Stone Cold” Steve Austin crashed out of his latest off-road race after making a mistake on the course.
During the Stomping Grounds 300 in Yerington, Nevada on August 22, Austin’s vehicle took significant damage and was knocked out of the race. He shared a photo of the car on its side and confirmed that both he and his co-driver were uninjured.

Austin wrote: “Made a mistake on the course and knocked us out of the race on Saturday. Myself and Co-driver @reddogschopshop are both 100%. The car took some pretty good damage and we are working on getting it ready for VC-Tonopah next race.”
He added that the team managed to get the car running well enough to drive back to the pits on back roads. Austin noted that his goal this season was to finish every race, but the error prevented that.
He said he has learned lessons he will take into future events and praised his Kawasaki H2 as “a helluva car.”
Austin has been competing in Valley Off-Road Racing Association (VORRA) events with his Broken Skull Racing team and had previously won his class in earlier races this season.

Former WWE Champion Bray Wyatt passed away 3 years ago today at the age of 36.
Bray&#8217;s sister, Mika Rotunda, issued the following statement:
&#8220;August 24th will always plague as the worst nightmare, come to reality.
Which is ironic, because Windham lived to play a villain that would creep into the night. But he was the furthest thing from. He was an angel on this Earth.
