Kofi Kingston and Austin Creed (Xavier Woods) are on their way to All Elite Wrestling, with plans already set for them to make a massive debut at tomorrow&#8217;s All In PPV in London.
According to Fightful Select, the former New Day members are slated to team up with Swerve Strickland as the surprise wild card entry in the Trios Title Roulette Royale match. While the duo will be debuting under a brand-new tag team name, that detail is still being kept under wraps.
Talks between both sides moved fast over the last two weeks, quickly turning long-running rumors into a done deal. While nothing was signed just two weeks back, negotiations picked up serious speed, locking in their move to AEW just in time for the Wembley Stadium show barring any sudden, unexpected hiccups.

WWE Hall of Famer D-Von Dudley stated on D-Von and the Duke podcast that numerous prominent professional wrestling figures used racial slurs backstage for decades without facing public consequences.
Addressing Hulk Hogan&#8217;s past public scandal involving racist language, D-Von explained that Hogan was far from the only major star to engage in that behavior.
He stated that he personally witnessed multiple top wrestlers and legendary performers using the N-word backstage throughout the 1980s, 1990s, and 2000s, noting that many &#8220;used it frequently because they didn’t think they were going to get caught.&#8221;
D-Von pointed out that while some younger talent in places like NXT were released after old social media posts surfaced, older stars avoided exposure simply because their comments were made behind closed doors. He added that several of these individuals now attempt to protect their public image by publicly surrounding themselves with minority colleagues to deflect suspicion.
Although D-Von chose not to name specific individuals, he emphasized that several highly respected fan favorites and active figures in the industry today used racial slurs throughout their careers.

The match that the fan referred to here is Deonna Purrazzo vs. La Catalina in CMLL in December 2024.
ROH Women&#8217;s Pure Champion Deonna Purrazzo quickly replied to the comparison, saying:

I’ve been punished for 2 years.

&#8220;Very sorry to hear about the asthma attack. As a fan watching the match live and was excited to see said match, I thought it was a bad outing watching from home, I think its a fair criticism of it.&#8221;
Deonna replied:
&#8220;It’s absolutely fair to criticize the match. But 2 years later, continuing to relate every &#8216;bad&#8217; match to one person and one experience is unfair and just plain cruel.

According to PWInsider, WWE Hall of Famer AJ Styles will be backstage at tomorrow&#8217;s NXT Heatwave PLE. He has produced some matches in NXT as of late in the absence of Terry Taylor, who is currently on a hiatus due to knee surgery. Styles isn&#8217;t expected to appear on the PLE though.

AJ Styles Will Be Backstage For NXT Heatwave

Will Ospreay will have backup in his corner when he challenges Kenny Omega for the AEW World Championship at AEW All In 2026. Less than 24 hours before the Wembley Stadium event, Ospreay asked NJPW star Callum Newman to accompany him to the ring, and Newman accepted.
The development occurred following Ospreay&#8217;s surprise appearance at RevPro’s 14 Year Anniversary Show. Ospreay made an unannounced return to join Newman and CPF, evening the odds after Sha Samuels&#8217; group created a five-on-four disadvantage.
Despite having past friction, Ospreay and Newman put their differences aside to fight side-by-side. Following the match, Ospreay officially asked Newman to stand in his corner for the biggest match of his AEW career.
With Newman (who is the youngest IWGP Heavyweight Champion in NJPW history) now set to support him at ringside, Ospreay will attempt to capture the AEW World Championship in front of his home crowd in London.

Will Ospreay made a surprise appearance and wrestled at Revolution Pro Wrestling&#8217;s 14 Year Anniversary Show, less than 24 hours before his highly anticipated match at AEW All In.
Ospreay was not originally scheduled for the event. He appeared as a mystery partner to even the odds for the group CPF, after Sha Samuels had established a five-on-four advantage against them. By joining the match, Ospreay ended up teaming alongside Callum Newman.
The unexpected match comes just one day before Ospreay is set to face Kenny Omega for the AEW World Championship at Wembley Stadium.
